RETURNS/DAMAGES Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 30 day period. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees . If there are damages to the product you receive, we will need photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging. Once approved a replacement will be dispatched. We may ask you to return the damaged item back to us. Returns must be received in the original packaging. We request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents.
